How To Heal: By Letting Tarot Guide Your Strategy

Tarot isn’t just for spiritual insight or shadow work. It’s also a powerful tool for decision-making and long-term planning. It’s one of my favorite ways to use it. I’m not the type to need every detail planned out in advance, but I do like to have broad strokes locked, and tarot helps with that beautifully.

It can help when planning for work, business, leadership, and even family.

You don’t need to be a professional reader to use tarot strategically. You just need a willingness to pause, listen, and let the images spark your inner wisdom. Think of it as creative data in the form of alive, colorful, symbolic images.

  • Planning your week? Pull a card and ask: What energy do I need to lead with?

  • Designing a new offer or program? Ask: Clarify the vision for this program. What impact might it have?

  • Feeling blocked or stuck in decision fatigue? Let a card reflect your stuckness back to you, and another one to offer a way through.

Example prompts:

  • “What’s the deeper purpose behind this goal?”

  • “What energy will support me in executing this well?”

  • “What’s the hidden challenge I might be overlooking?”

  • “What am I being invited to do differently this time?”

Let the images, colors, and archetypes guide your intuition. You don’t need to “know” what each card means; you just need to be willing to feel what it brings up for you.

Tarot cannot replace strategy, but can make it more alive, personal, and rooted in your truth, which can help you lead with more authenticity. Living with authenticity is a healing win.
